WBL Foundation Associates and your companies are invited for a unique opportunity to participate in brief survey conducted by Catalyst. Catalyst is an organization dedicated to advancing women in business across all industries.
Catalyst is currently researching the strategies, pathways, barriers, and opportunities for employees to advance in the health care and life sciences industries. They are especially interested in employees with bioscience backgrounds or in the pharmaceutical industry. Your responses will be used to develop aggregate (group-level) data regarding the workplace experiences and perceptions of women and men.
Please help WBL by participating in this survey and encouraging your employees (men AND women) to do so. It is an important opportunity for WBL to collaborate with the Catalyst organization. Both women and men of ALL ROLES within your company can participate in THE survey. Although it takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the survey, participation is free and the benefits will be a new pool of data that will help answer many questions about career advancement in the health care and life sciences industries.
If you have any questions about the survey or would like to learn more about the project, read below or please contact Eleanor Whitley of WBL at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) who will put you in touch with Anika Warren at Catalyst.

From Catalyst:
We are excited to extend you an invitation to participate in an important global research project conducted by Catalyst. The study focuses on women and men working in the Bioscience sector with specific emphasis on those employed in the Pharmaceutical industry.
The goal of this study is to provide groundbreaking insights into how career pathways and emergent industry trends impact the career aspirations, workplace perceptions, and future directions of men and women in all functions and levels of the bioscience sector. We request your support in gaining a broad range of perspectives and encourage you to forward this email invitation to your family members, friends, and colleagues working in Bioscience, especially those employed in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. The data collected will be used to develop aggregate (group level) research reports designed to help organizations improve their talent management strategies and create more effective workplaces while tackling industry volatility and economic uncertainty. Aggregated responses will also be used to develop career advancement strategies and recommendations for individuals. Individual-level strategies and recommendations will be included in Catalyst research reports on Bioscience and accessible via the Catalyst website. Thus, your candid input is crucial to the project.
Thank you so much for your time!
